823 Reynolda 823 Reynolda provides meeting space on a limited basis for grantees only of the Blessings Project Foundation and is available for sale or lease.  

823 Reynolda's main room can comfortably accommodate up to 125 guests, in an intimate cabaret setting with eclectic tables, an assortment of charming chairs, a Victorian love seat, a sprinkling of comfortable armchairs, and more. There are two tables large enough for a buffet, chilling tubs for beverages and a lovely grand piano. There is a TV, a VCR, a DVD player & a projector available by arrangement. For a more formal setting, we have table & eclectic place settings for up to 70, including tablecloths, linen napkins, dishes, glassware, and silverware.  We have general seating for up to 100.

As part of our commitment to the environment, we are making every effort to reduce our consumption as well as our waste.  The use of disposable plastic or paper -  including compostable - plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, or silverware is not allowed at 823 Reynolda, LLC.   For groups of 70 or under, we have an eclectic array of dishes, cups, bowls, glasses, wineglasses, silverware, tablecloths and cloth napkins available for your use.  For larger groups, please make rental arrangements.  823 Reynolda, LLC supplies cannot be mingled with outside items.

We do not have a cooking kitchen. Below is our list of recommended caterers. We are happy to discuss use of ones not on our list.   

823 Reynolda is completely handicapped accessible. Please call ahead to inform us of any special needs and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.

823 Reynolda's Library is a spacious, comfortable room for up to 15 people. Furnished with a large sofa and rocking chairs, it is the perfect space for small business retreats, seminars, small luncheons etc. The Library has an array of books, DVDs and tapes for rent.
