Useful Rental Information

As part of our commitment to the environment, we are making every effort to reduce our consumption as well as our waste.  The use of disposable plastic or paper plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, or silverware is not allowed at 823 Reynolda, LLC.   For groups of 50 or under, we have an eclectic array of dishes, cups, bowls, glasses, wineglasses, silverware, tablecloths and cloth napkins available for your use.  For larger groups, please make rental arrangements.  823 Reynolda, LLC supplies cannot be mingled with outside items.

We do not have a cooking kitchen. 823 Reynolda has a list of recommended caterers, and are happy to discuss use of ones not on our list. 

In addition to the full rental fee, we require a $200 security deposit at the time of contract (that will be returned at the conclusion of your event if these provisions are met) to ensure the following:

  • plastic, glass and aluminum recyclables are separated into the provided bins and removed at the conclusion of event

  • responsibility for replacement value/repair expenses of items broken or damaged in the course of your event

  • IF FOOD IS SERVED, the floor must be clean and trash removed to the dumpster in back parking lot
