Free Tai Chi Classes 
sponsored by the Blessings Project Foundation

Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM taught by David Harold.  Tai Chi Fundamentals: traditional Tai Chi walking, standing meditation, basic Qigong practices, and some introductory partner work. This nurturing practice is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. 

Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 AM taught by Beverly Isley-Landreth. This class is especially targeted towards those who want a tai chi practice that enhances self-healing and self-care. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, including those with physical limitations.

Fridays from 12 to 1 PM taught by David Harold.  The Primordial Qigong practice is a user- friendly, non-martial qigong form, which emphasizes exchanging energy with all parts of the universe, particularly Heaven, Earth, and the four cardinal directions. Practitioners find it an enjoyable meditative, healing, and energy gathering practice. The form can be learned in about 6 or 8 classes, and then practiced on your own or in a group.  This nurturing practice is suitable for all fitness and experience levels. 

Walking shoes are recommended. Feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you. Come in work attire, or you may use the restrooms to change clothes.

INSTRUCTOR BIOS:
David Harold, M.Div., LCSW
has over 25 years of commitment to psychotherapy and to teaching personal and spiritual growth. As an NLP Trainer since 1989 he has taught hundreds of students ways to increase their interpersonal acuity, flexibility, and effectiveness. David has practiced and taught Tai Chi Chuan since 1975, and has an enduring interest in applying Tai Chi principles to ordinary life to accomplish more peaceful outcomes. Sandy Seeber, LPC, CHTP is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP), and Associate Healing Dao Instructor. She has a private practice and teaches Tai Chi & Chi Kung through Three Treasures Tai Chi Association, LLC

Beverly Isley-Landreth MDiv, ThM, CHTP is a clinical chaplain in private practice, who utilizes Guided Meditation with diverse patient groups around issues related to pain management, grief, depression, and spiritual direction. She is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, and teaches Tai Chi/Chi Kung as a part of Three Treasures Tai Chi Association, LLC here in Winston-Salem.
